Meet Dibley.
Can you believe this mop top was dumped at the shelter? Dibley looks like a teddy bear.
We think he is a spaniel/collie or sheltie mix. Possibly 7-8 years old. Dibley is a great little walker and has won us all over with his cuddling skills!
Dibley weighs 25 pounds and has a wonderful coat of fur which is sure to shine with some love and attention. Quite a cutie!
