Cube Dog is a super cute dog! As my friends know, I'm a bit of a nerd. A somewhat creative and frugal nerd. With my iPhone, I love to find all the free versions of the latest and greatest apps. You've seen around these pages and on the Grouchy Puppy Facebook pages lots of photos, where I've used the free version of the iPhone App, Instagram. Super cool and fun way to post photos, especially of dogs and dog events.
Now I got a chance to review a really cute app for people who love their iPhones like I do, and love all things dog! Cube Dog, is a brand new, free iPhone 4 app that lets you create a customizable virtual dog from start to finish. I downloaded the app and had created my first dog in seconds. If you need to a little help, shake your phone and the app creates a dog for you. Once you’ve created your dog, you’re ready to play!
Since I love how the app includes cool features like the ability to photograph your dog on-location using your iPhone camera. I took this cute photo of 'Buddy" sitting outside in the yard. Plus, Cube Dogs can do everything from fetch a bone to play baseball!
If you have little ones who play with your phone or iPad, watch out! This app is pretty darn cute and super easy to play with, you may skip past the free features quickly, and head over to the Cube Dog Store to buy parts packs to unlock some of the 84 parts they offer!
The ability to create your own unique cube dog and the full 3D graphics with ability to rotate and zoom make this a very cool app. If it was to have a downside, it would be that your hardware must be one of the following: iPhone 3GS; iPhone 4; iPod Touch 3rd generation; iPod Touch 4th generation AND, they all require iOS 4.0 or higher. Some of my family with little ones (I'm looking at you big sister), don't have an iPhone or they haven't upgraded even to the 3GS yet.

I really wanted to get this app! It sounds really cool, but they still don't have it for android maybe soon :)
